iTunes is the preferred player for the PC but you can use any application that will stream audio, like Windows Media Player or Real player. When clicking on the 'Listen Now' icon, you may get a screen like the one below:

Choose to save the file somewhere on your computer. I chose the Desktop. It's not really saving anything but an internal link to the audio server.

If you get a screen like the one below, just choose 'Close'

You will now have a file on your desktop (or wherever you chose to save it to) called 'listen.pls'. Unless you've already told Windows what to do with a file ending in .pls, it will have a windows icon on it and look similar to below:

When you double click the icon above you may get a window asking you what to do with the file as Windows does not what to do with it. You can tell Windows to open it using the audio application of your choice. When you see the window below choose 'Select Program from List'

You'll then be asked to select the program.

I chose iTunes and have also selected the box to use iTunes each time I open that type of file. Click the 'OK' button. Your icon will now look like the one below (or with whatever icon from the program you chose). You can now double click the icon on the desktop and it will launch iTunes and the audio will stream. iTunes will also remember your station and keep it in your recently played list.:

If you have a different program assigned and want to change what program opens the stream you can 'right-click' on the icon and choose whatever audio program you prefer.

After choosing your program, you can rename the file 'KSVY' by 'Right-Clicking' and choosing 'Rename'.

If you still have problems, send an e mail to audiohelp@ksvy.org and someone will get back to you.
