Sonoma Sunrise with Wally Breitman

Monday through Friday 6am to 8am

Sonoma Sunrise is an eclectic mix of music, with commentary and occasional talk, which generally follows a set of genres: Mondays and Fridays are music from Broadway shows; Tuesday is film scores; Wednesdays is jazz; and Thursdays is rock & roll or vocals. These themes may be interspersed with seasonal music (Christmas, etc.) and light classical. The music in each genre is developed thematically: the music from Broadway will follow Broadway history or focus on individual shows; jazz will focus on one aspect – jazz piano, small combo, individual artists; film music will focus on composers for film or individual movies; rock & roll on individuals or groups.

"Sonoma Sunrise" - The first three Thursdays in February (Vocals Thursday)
will feature songs by Maria Muldaur, including her new album "The Love Songs
of Bob Dylan" on Thursday,February 15th. The History of Broadway continues
on Mondays and Fridays, covering the '60's to the '80's.

Wally also hosts Wednesday Night Classics, 9pm to 1 am.
