AFTERMARKET: KSVY Wraps Up the Tuesday Night Market Season with an after-party Community Celebration

Sonoma’s Tuesday Night Market season may be winding down, but the good vibes are still going strong. After a summer of Good Vibes at Five live broadcasts from the Plaza, KSVY Sonoma 91.3 FM is keeping the energy rolling with AFTERMARKET — a community appreciation party happening Tuesday, October 7 from 5–9 PM in the garden patio of the historic Swiss Hotel on the Sonoma Plaza.

This free celebration is KSVY’s way of saying thank you to the listeners, friends, and neighbors who made this year’s Tuesday nights so special. The evening will feature four hours of live broadcasting, an incredible lineup of KSVY DJs, live performances, and a curated mini-market filled with local vendors and vintage treasures.

A Night of Live Radio and Music

The live broadcast kicks off at 5 PM with Good Vibes at Five, as Jason, Kate, and Ronny Joe bring their signature warmth and humor to the airwaves one more time. At 7 PM, The Big Fish Show takes over with hosts King Daddy Murrn and The Prince of Thieves, delivering their trademark wit and irreverent banter. Then, from 8–9 PM, Sonic Discovery with James O brings it home with an inspired and unexpected mix of poetry, conversation, and music discovery.

Throughout the evening, the patio will pulse with DJ sets from some of KSVY’s favorite vinyl selectors — Mike Ryan (Mike Ryan Recommends – Thursdays 5–7 PM), Nora T. (Left of the Dial – Thursdays 7–9 PM), Jason the Argonaut (Audio Gathering – Saturdays 9–11 PM), DJ Nate (Off the Shelf – Fridays 5–6 PM), DJ Emmy (Emmy’s Happy Hour – Wednesdays 3–4 PM), and STARJAY, bringing the energy full circle with deep grooves and dance-floor magic.

Local favorite Sonoma Sam will perform early in the evening, and Chris Hanlin of The Seasaws will appear for a live solo set and interview celebrating the band’s new album. The limited-edition green vinyl pressing of the record will be available for purchase on-site.

Mini Market, Lights, and Local Flavor

The AfterMarket mini-market will feature a blend of local creativity and vintage flair with vendors including Radio Thrift (@radiothrift), Record Mill (@the_record_mill), Lady Buck Vintage (@ladybuckvintage), and Inner Light Crystals, offering everything from rare vinyl and retro fashion to handmade jewelry and locally sourced crystals.

Add a disco ball, LED hoop dancers, food and drink specials from the Swiss Hotel, and you’ve got an evening that perfectly captures what makes Sonoma shine: music, creativity, and community.
