Giving Tuesday

#LIVEandLOCAL

End-of-Year Fundraiser 2022

Nov. 29 – Dec. 31

Live Broadcasts • Special Guests • Local Stories • Ways to Give

Today is #GivingTuesday, and around the world, citizens are called to gift to their favorite non-profits and charities. KSVY joins the call-to-action offering our own annual campaign. Our effort begins with a live performance from KSVY's Studio-B by the powerful musical talent Marty O'Reilly. The soulful jams will be broadcast live over the FM dial, audio-stream at KSVY.org, televised on SonomaTV Comcast 27, and video-stream on SonomaTV's Youtube channel. Following a fantastic hour of music, your community media will host another Virtual Town Hall with Senator Bill Dodd. He and special guests offer post-election analysis and discussion.

This is what we do year-round, and this is our value. Local live artists, issues, and conversations that are direct, relevant, and local to you and yours.

Tuesday is just the beginning of a fun and engaging schedule of special guests, live performances and just all around fun through the rest of the year.I guess, kind of like usual, except we really need you to step up right now and help is reach our goal to raise $50,000 by the end of the year. Maybe more?
Stay tuned-in for more campaign events and news coming soon. It's a FUNdraiser . . . (sorry.) 🙂

Sonoma’s community radio went live on April 1, 2004. Since then, A LOT of radio has been broadcast. It also means that your local, independent, community radio station will turn 20 years old in 2024! I know you want to celebrate, and we sure do. Let’s celebrate all we have accomplished and envision another 10 years of KSVY Sonoma 91.3 FM—The Voice of the Valley.

Imagine the future of our community media in 2034? With your support, That great future starts right now. Whether you are donating for the first time or one of our much-appreciated, long-time, consistent supporters and reading this message, you are what got us here.

We want to roll into our third-decade producing solid programming that represents our creativity, culture, and values. KSVY is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization supporting the community by encouraging opportunities for the public to create local media.
