MediaHub (“we”, “us”) operates the MediaHub mobile and web application. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect
• Account information: name and email address provided when your account is created or you accept an invitation.
• Contact information you enter: names, email addresses, phone numbers, and notes for contacts, clients, guests, and team members.
• Booking and scheduling data: broadcast events, guest bookings, show instances, and calendar entries synced via your connected Google Calendar.
• Project and task data: project details, tasks, assignments, due dates, and notes.
• Usage data: standard analytics about app activity to improve reliability and features.

How we use information
• To schedule broadcasts, manage bookings, and coordinate teams.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and invitations to the email addresses you enter.
• To sync calendar events with your connected Google Calendar account.
• To provide role-based access to features based on your assigned role.

Data sharing
• We do not sell your information.
• Calendar data is shared with Google Calendar only when you connect your account and initiate sync.
• Email reminders are sent via our email service provider to the recipients you specify.

Data retention
• Data is retained for the lifetime of your organization’s account and deleted when you request account deletion through the in-app account deletion option.

Security
• Access is controlled per user by role. Only authorized administrators can manage organization-wide settings.
