 All vegetables, all fruits, all seafood, all poultry and all meats are on the table – especially local, seasonal fare. Includes varieties, tastes, sources (where to shop for them), quality (how to pick them).

 All kitchen equipment and cooking techniques will be discussed – pots, pans, knives, ladles, peelers, mixers, ovens, grills and stoves. Techniques include braising, grilling, roasting, baking, boiling, frying, etc.

Herbs, spices and condiments will be covered and sprinkled throughout the show. Different cuisines with soups and noodles and stocks/broths from many sources and countries.
