Bonnie Lee has been helping taxpayers across the country for more than 20 years as an Enrolled Agent and founder of Sonoma-based Taxpertise, Inc. A nationally recognized tax expert, she specializes in problem resolution for self-employed individuals and small business owners. Bonnie is the author of Taxpertise: The Complete Book of Dirty Little Secrets and Hidden Deductions for Small Business That the IRS Doesn’t Want You to Know and has contributed to Entrepreneur.com and FOXbusiness.com. A member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, Bonnie is passionate about making the tax process less frightening and more empowering.

Ed Dufault, CTEC
With a diverse background in insurance, music, real estate, winemaking, and finance, Ed Dufault brings a well-rounded perspective to the tax world. He created Kenwood Business Services to help small businesses with payroll and bookkeeping before becoming a licensed tax preparer and joining Taxpertise, Inc. in 2023. In addition to his tax work, Ed remains active in Sonoma’s music scene and, with his spouse Elaina O’Malley, runs The Power of Two dance instruction business. His approachable style and practical experience make him a trusted voice for taxpayers navigating today’s complex financial landscape.
